TRX Fusion is a full body strength workout working every muscle in the body with a huge emphasis on the core.

Sports Performance (Open Gym)

TRX Classes are limited to 4 people per class. All other classes are limited to 8 people per class to assure quality and individualized instruction.

Lisa Sherman’s Barre Body Blast

Join Lisa as she expertly guides you through her exercise class which is mostly completed at the Barre.  During this class we’ll be concentrating specifically on quadriceps ,hamstrings, glutes, inner-outer thighs, calves, core, some upper body, balance, and flexibility. I look forward to sharing my expertise with you.

Rock Steady Boxing

The training sessions consist of a balance of cardio strength training, ring work, bag work, calaesthetics, and core training. Sessions typically begin with extensive stretching and flexibility exercises followed by 10-12 three minute rounds of boxing with heavy bags and speed bags. This is a very fun workout guaranteed to give you a well-rounded exercise session.
