Robert

Robert Orosz

Robert Orosz, owner of O-Zone Fitness,  Director of Fitness at Beacon Hill country club,  and Shrewsbury Tennis and Racquet Club. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist from the national strength and conditioning association. His NSCA CSCS certification is the highest and most prestigious sports performance award.
Bob is a graduate of Montclair State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science.

Jodie

Jodie began running long distance races at age 11, and from that point developed a life-long passion for running, health and fitness. She was a Cross-Country and Track athlete at Mater Dei High School in Middletown and afterwards attended Kean University where she earned a B.A. in Physical Education/Adult Fitness. After completing her Undergraduate Degree, Jodie attended Frostburg State University in Maryland on a Graduate Assistantship, and there received a M.S. in Human Performance.
Jodie has worked as a Personal Trainer at Johnson and Johnson, and as an Exercise Physiologist at Hackensack Medical Center. Jodie taught Physical Education courses at the Bergen Technical Schools and Union County Magnet High School. She was a Fitness Lab Attendant at Brookdale Community College and taught Fitness through Dance as an adjunct professor at the college.
 Jodie’s past certifications include Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, CSCS, First Aid, CPR and First Aid Instructor Certifications.

Stephen

Stephen is a personal trainer specializing in helping clients attain their fat loss goals. Stephen has a personal training certification through World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) since 2012 which is the only personal training certification to require an internship before graduating. He also has his Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification through Precision Nutrition with a concentration on Sport and Exercise Nutrition since 2016.
Stephen got into personal training because he always enjoyed helping others in any way he could, helping them feel great about themselves and he loves fitness and nutrition as he is a soccer player as well. He has 3 principles to attain your fitness goals in a natural, healthy way: Eat a healthy natural diet, engage in regular exercise and having proper recovery post-training sessions.
He likes to create functional workouts that are focused on each individual and is here to motivate, encourage and give you a great experience.

Christina

Christina Reevey
Christina Reevey, a Rowan University graduate is certified with the American Council on Exercise, has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2015. She specializes in TRX, the power plate, and core strength training. Christina has worked with all ages, ranging from sixteen to seventy five and has a long history of sports and dance in her background.

Kim Cugini

I’m an AAFA instructor for over 25 years. I have certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Pilates and Aqua Fitness. I am also trained through Livestrong for cancer survivor health as well as specialized in Parkinson’s.

My passion is to motivate people to be healthy strong and well balanced!

Erin Oakley

Erin is our very own master trainer of the TRX Suspension Training Program
Certified directly through TRX. Erin brings a fun energetic class that offers a high variety of exercises guaranteed to give you a great full body workout. Her program also offers a variety of free weights and cardio HIIT training using the versa climber, rower and medicine balls.

Erin is a graduate from the University of Hartford and enjoys running and traveling to exotic beaches around the world!

Eric

With 21 years of clinical experience, Eric offers a unique 'hands on' approach of muscle therapy techniques, stretching and passive modalities to get you to a place where you can be active without the danger of further injury.

Eric specializes in sports-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation and common musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions. He is also certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and Titleist Performance Institute, Level 1. Eric has also taken courses on Maitland-based Orthopedic Manual Therapy to further improve his methods to help his patients achieve their goals.

Anita Condouris is the founder of Lumanita Wellness, a holistic wellness brand rooted in balance, healing, and connection. With over 15 years as a successful realtor and a mother of three, Anita felt the need to integrate more harmony and well-being into her life, leading her to channel her energy into wellness. Now, with her expertise as a certified Reiki practitioner and yoga instructor, Anita helps others create inner peace and resilience through mindfulness, sound healing, and aromatherapy.

Anita’s journey with wellness goes beyond her personal passion—she's thrilled to bring Lumanita's unique offerings to Ozone Fitness. At Ozone, Anita’s wellness programs, which focus on stress relief, flexibility, and mobility, will perfectly complement the studio's commitment to adults over 40, particularly those working through post-injury recovery or mobility challenges. Her programs incorporate yoga, TRX, mindfulness, and energy healing techniques, providing clients with a well-rounded approach to physical and mental wellness.

With her depth of experience and dedication to creating supportive spaces, Anita is excited to expand the community at Ozone Fitness, empowering clients to live their healthiest lives—inside and out.

Andrew Mallin

Andrew is a fitness professional who has worked in the industry for over 10 years.  He has worked in several areas of health including athletic training, physical therapy, and general fitness.  Graduating from University of Rhode Island in 2009 with a degree in Exercise Science he went on to complete a Masters degree in Corrective Exercise and Rehabilitation Science from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012.  During his time at URI he played four years of collegiate rugby and wrestled his senior season.  He also completed a semester long internship where he worked with the athletes as a student athletic trainer during his senior spring semester.  Andrew holds several nationally accredited training certifications from NASM and ACSM, and is also a certified CEC workshop instructor for ACE.  He has also competed in natural bodybuilding, triathlons, and powerlifting and enjoys all aspects of fitness.
