Robert Orosz

Robert Orosz, owner of O-Zone Fitness,  Director of Fitness at Beacon Hill country club,  and Shrewsbury Tennis and Racquet Club. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist from the national strength and conditioning association. His NSCA CSCS certification is the highest and most prestigious sports performance award.
Bob is a graduate of Montclair State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science.

Richard Opong

Certified Ozone Fitness Trainer & Nutritionist:Certified Trainer & Finalist National Natural Bodybuilder Amateur & Professional Bodybuilding Judge. Owner of Wall Street Nutrition, Richard Opong has been in the Fitness / Wellness industry for over 25 years. Rich is a national Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with AFAA. Best know for his unique style, Rich is able to train his clients without putting any stress on the joints, allowing maximum results.

Kim Dammann

Certified Personal/Group Trainer through the NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers)

Kim has been with Ozone Fitness since the beginning of 2016. She applies behavioral, motivational and exercise strategies to help gain or maintain a healthy lifestyle. She dedicates herself to each session and class to tailor the exercise’s to meet the individual’s needs. During group classes, Kim shows various ways that individual with different fitness levels how they can modify their workout. Unlike bigger gyms with overcrowded classes, Kim’s classes are not a “one size fits all” type of class. She continuously corrects and motivates to give individuals a work out that is safe, effective, and fun! Focus: Weight loss, Muscle Development, Toning and Sculpting and Endurance Training.

Keith Molloy

Keith Molloy, BA degree in health, physical education and recreation. CSCS certified, RBT certified, TRX certified, ISSN certified sports nutritionist. Over 35 years in the field, over 57,000 training sessions performed. Keith’s main focus in training is with baby boomers and seniors

Judi Blechman, CFT, CES

Judi helps people develop physical strength, endurance and mental clarity. Her style focuses on increasing range of motion and function, particularly post injury. Her 12 years in rehabilitative and functional training have allowed her to help a varied group of clients – from those with chronic diseases or orthopedic limitations to individuals looking to achieve weight-loss goals or improve their fitness level. Judi creates diverse, creative and challenging programs for her one-on-one training sessions. Certified in Orthopedic Exercise by American Council on Exercise (ACE), and as a Certified Fitness Trainer by World Instructor Training Schools (WITS), Judi also holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Monmouth University. Her specializations include Corrective Exercise, through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Post Rehabilitative Exercise, with American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).
Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, you can usually find Judi in her convertible or at the beach. When winter hits, she enjoys spending time snow skiing. Judi has been a member of the TEST Personal Training team for 10 years.

Beata

Certified Fitness Trainer by World Instructor Training Schools (WITS) and NCCPT. Corrective Exercise Specialist NASM. Bachelor in Sociology from UKSW in Warsaw and Associate in Fine Arts form Brookdale College. Her specializations include working with older adults through WITS Senior Fitness. Special population, functional training, pregnancy fitness, weight loss, strength training, back injury prevention, sports performance, balance training, TRX and Kettlebell certified.

My main focus is the wellbeing of my clients. I try to create a training environment and programs that motivates and empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves. My one on one training sessions are customized to clients needs. I am here to assist and guide you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. Working over 10 years as a personal trainer with a variety of individuals made me believe there is something for everyone. Whenever you want to get stronger, lose weight or get toned muscle definition. Whenever you are dealing with orthopedic limitations or chronic disease or want to improve performance while playing sports. If you are pregnant or just had a baby and want to continue exercising? I am here to help design program according to your current needs.

Andi Mauro

Andi Mauro is a graduate from William Paterson University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Andi has always been involved in sports and fitness and enjoys sharing her passion for the field with the people around her. She makes sure to take each clients personnel needs into consideration to help them reach their goals and max performance as efficient as possible. Her specialties at Ozone Fitness include Sports Performance, Kids Fitness and Post Rehab. She works with many athletes having different sport backgrounds helping them improve their strength, power and agility. Andi ensures the safety of all her clients by teaching correct body mechanics for all exercises and offering different progressions and regressions for each exercise. She also focuses on helping her clients grow mentally just as much as physically. Andi believes there is nothing that can’t be accomplished with hard work and dedication inside and outside the gym.

Lisa Walsh

Lisa Walsh, an entrepreneur and active mom of two kids and a dog, discovered Foundation Training after 30 years of dealing with joint injuries and pain. Through the practice of Foundation Training, Lisa was able to take her body from feeling broken to one that is nimble, mobile and stable. It has completely changed her life, putting her in the driver’s seat of her wellness and health. Because of this, Lisa wants to share this amazing workout program with the community and teach others about the power of the human body to regenerate. Lisa became certified to teach Foundation Training in Santa Barbara, CA and is happy to bring it across the country to the Jersey Shore! This powerful yet simple workout, which helps people of all ages and all abilities, meets your body where it is and takes it to the next level of wellness. If we move well, we live well!

Joe

Joe is a PTR Certified Pro, W.I.T.S. Certified Personal/Fitness Trainer and Certified US Youth Soccer NJ coach. He is a USRSA member for 23 years. Joe holds a degree in Management and 1 year certified in tennis management. Joe is a passionate professional with more than 27 years of National and International experience. He was a high ranked junior and collegiate player as well as competitively competing in soccer in Croatia. He coached a ladies team to National Championships. Teaching at NSRC for 18 years, he helped junior winning USTA tournaments and helped many to go to college. He specializes in proper technique with fun, fast-paced drills. He is very knowledgeable in both singles and doubles strategy. He will provide a fitness program for every level with proper strength and conditioning training. He specializes in sport specific training specifically tennis and soccer. He also conducts one on one training as well as group classes.
