Robert Orosz

Robert Orosz, owner of O-Zone Fitness,  Director of Fitness at Beacon Hill country club,  and Shrewsbury Tennis and Racquet Club. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist from the national strength and conditioning association. His NSCA CSCS certification is the highest and most prestigious sports performance award.
Bob is a graduate of Montclair State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science.

As a certified personal trainer and Police Captain (ret. 2020), Russell Flynn is passionate about helping others and living a healthy lifestyle. As a highly competitive and motivated athlete of team sports since childhood and today as a participant in 5K’s, half marathons and duathlons, Russell enjoys sharing his dedication to functional fitness with clients. With what his clients call a “contagious enthusiasm,” Russell inspires people of all ages and ability to achieve their fitness goals and pursue lifelong healthy lifestyles. Whether training one to one or in small groups, Russell crafts customized progressive programs that deliver results. His goal is to inspire you to return to the gym and pursue Functional Training - exercises that help you perform activities of daily life more easily and without injury - to will help you live a longer, healthier life. Russell designs unique dynamic workouts so your body will keep working at each session rather than adapting to the routine. Russell is Owner of Inspired Fitness, a personal training company, certified as a personal trainer through World Instructor Training Schools and holds a BA in Communication from Rowan University, Glassboro, NJ. He lives in Middletown, NJ, with my wife, Sherri and our fun-loving rescue dog, Rowan.

Jenna Ozone Fitness

Jenna

Jenna is the daughter of Ozone Fitness’s owner, Bob Orosz. She is a student at Holmdel High School where she is a varsity soccer player. In addition to this, Jenna has been playing with her club team since 2010. She trains all year around, whether she is outside on the field, or in the weight room. Here at Ozone, Jenna works as the Director of Communications, creating social media posts and weekly newsletters to help stay connected with our members.

Jodie

Jodie began running long distance races at age 11, and from that point developed a life-long passion for running, health and fitness. She was a Cross-Country and Track athlete at Mater Dei High School in Middletown and afterwards attended Kean University where she earned a B.A. in Physical Education/Adult Fitness. After completing her Undergraduate Degree, Jodie attended Frostburg State University in Maryland on a Graduate Assistantship, and there received a M.S. in Human Performance.
Jodie has worked as a Personal Trainer at Johnson and Johnson, and as an Exercise Physiologist at Hackensack Medical Center. Jodie taught Physical Education courses at the Bergen Technical Schools and Union County Magnet High School. She was a Fitness Lab Attendant at Brookdale Community College and taught Fitness through Dance as an adjunct professor at the college.
 Jodie’s past certifications include Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, CSCS, First Aid, CPR and First Aid Instructor Certifications.

Stephen

Stephen is a personal trainer specializing in helping clients attain their fat loss goals. Stephen has a personal training certification through World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) since 2012 which is the only personal training certification to require an internship before graduating. He also has his Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification through Precision Nutrition with a concentration on Sport and Exercise Nutrition since 2016.
Stephen got into personal training because he always enjoyed helping others in any way he could, helping them feel great about themselves and he loves fitness and nutrition as he is a soccer player as well. He has 3 principles to attain your fitness goals in a natural, healthy way: Eat a healthy natural diet, engage in regular exercise and having proper recovery post-training sessions.
He likes to create functional workouts that are focused on each individual and is here to motivate, encourage and give you a great experience.

Brett Ozone

Brett

Brett has over 20 years experience in the field of Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine. He is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in both New York and New Jersey. Brett specializes in outpatient Orthopedics treating various musculoskeletal conditions and working with post surgical patients.

His goal is to correct the condition causing the injury and return the patient to a pain free functional and recreational lifestyle. Brett also educates his patients in the importance of proper postural and mechanical positions in various exercise, recreational and daily activities of living. Brett finds it rewarding to assist his clients in getting them back to the lifestyle they once had.

Judi Blechman, CFT, CES

Judi helps people develop physical strength, endurance and mental clarity. Her style focuses on increasing range of motion and function, particularly post injury. Her 12 years in rehabilitative and functional training have allowed her to help a varied group of clients – from those with chronic diseases or orthopedic limitations to individuals looking to achieve weight-loss goals or improve their fitness level. Judi creates diverse, creative and challenging programs for her one-on-one training sessions. Certified in Orthopedic Exercise by American Council on Exercise (ACE), and as a Certified Fitness Trainer by World Instructor Training Schools (WITS), Judi also holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Monmouth University. Her specializations include Corrective Exercise, through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Post Rehabilitative Exercise, with American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA).
Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, you can usually find Judi in her convertible or at the beach. When winter hits, she enjoys spending time snow skiing. Judi has been a member of the TEST Personal Training team for 10 years.

Kim Dammann

Certified Personal/Group Trainer through the NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers)

Kim has been with Ozone Fitness since the beginning of 2016. She applies behavioral, motivational and exercise strategies to help gain or maintain a healthy lifestyle. She dedicates herself to each session and class to tailor the exercise’s to meet the individual’s needs. During group classes, Kim shows various ways that individual with different fitness levels how they can modify their workout. Unlike bigger gyms with overcrowded classes, Kim’s classes are not a “one size fits all” type of class. She continuously corrects and motivates to give individuals a work out that is safe, effective, and fun! Focus: Weight loss, Muscle Development, Toning and Sculpting and Endurance Training.

Christina Reevey
Christina Reevey, a Rowan University graduate is certified with the American Council on Exercise, has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2015. She specializes in TRX, the power plate, and core strength training. Christina has worked with all ages, ranging from sixteen to seventy five and has a long history of sports and dance in her background.

Joe

Joe is a PTR Certified Pro, W.I.T.S. Certified Personal/Fitness Trainer and Certified US Youth Soccer NJ coach. He is a USRSA member for 23 years. Joe holds a degree in Management and 1 year certified in tennis management. Joe is a passionate professional with more than 27 years of National and International experience. He was a high ranked junior and collegiate player as well as competitively competing in soccer in Croatia. He coached a ladies team to National Championships. Teaching at NSRC for 18 years, he helped junior winning USTA tournaments and helped many to go to college. He specializes in proper technique with fun, fast-paced drills. He is very knowledgeable in both singles and doubles strategy. He will provide a fitness program for every level with proper strength and conditioning training. He specializes in sport specific training specifically tennis and soccer. He also conducts one on one training as well as group classes.
